This Policy explains what data Mandarum collects, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, organization
- Workspace content — workflows, prompts, traces (processed on your behalf)
- Usage telemetry — anonymized metrics to improve the service
2. How we use data
To provide and improve the service, to support customers, and to meet legal obligations. We do not train models on customer content without explicit opt-in.
3. Sub-processors
A current list lives on the Trust Center. Categories include cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and customer support.
4. Data residency
Choose US, EU, UK, or AU at workspace creation. Data does not leave the chosen region.
5. Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion. Email privacy@mandarum.com or open a ticket from in-app settings.
6. Security
See the Trust Center for certifications and our security model.
7. Retention
Workspace content is retained while your account is active and 30 days after closure (or per contract).
